Valbray “Devil Inside”

Valbray are a fairly new brand launched in 2009. The unique aspect to their watches is the use of a diaphragm or aperture to hide and reveal the watch face.
The aperture consists of 16 blades and does not require lubrication due to the use of ceramic bearings.  Its opened and closed manually by turning the bezel,  see video below.

Their latest version the Valbray Devil Inside features a stylistically provocative theme based on the devil and called the “Devil Inside” .

The model has a black DLC coated 45mm titanium case with chronograph pushers made from rose gold  and is water resistant to 50 meters.

The model is equipped with an automatic movement  which can be viewed through the back sapphire crystal which like the front one is double anti-reflective coated.

It comes on a black alligator strap with red stitching and is limited to a numbered edition of only 6.

You can read more about the watch and its intriguing display at the Valbray site.
