Florentine designer Giuliano Mazzuoli is based in Italy’s Chianti hills and draws inspiration for his designs from commonplace objects – he previously designed a pen inspired by a coffee pot.
For his new watch the Trasmissione Meccanica he has drawn inspiration from the world of motorsport.
The dial of the Trasmissione Meccanica imitates the look of a clutch while the red hands remind you of a speedometer . The case has the appearance of a gear and further motorsport design references are apparent with the crown resembling an engines spline shaft.
The Trasmissione Meccanica has a power reserve of 42 hours and features hours, minutes and seconds and is powered by an ETA 2824/2
Retailing for 3’800 € the Trasmissione Meccanica is available in three different versions, the TMB05, TMB06 and TMB07
