Yvan Arpa invented the “DNA” watch concept for Romain Jerome but left after the first two in the series, the Titanic DNA and Moon Dust DNA watches, the latest addition in the series has a volcanic theme.
The Volcano DNA watch holds volcanic ash and dust from the Eyjafjallajokull volcano that disrupted worldwide air traffic in the spring of 2010.
The dial represents red-hot magma breaking through the earth’s surface, and the hands are tipped by stylized airplanes.
